The next stop is a scenic viewpoint overlooking the fortress, the majestic Velebit Mountain, and the channel below. The trail continues to the Svetojašnica watering hole—one of the few preserved water sources on the island of Pag—which has long provided life-sustaining water for the island’s sheep. From there, the route leads toward a quarry, then passes through a green oasis—Novalja Field—before returning to the original starting point in Novalja.
